A bit about me
Hi, I’m Jackie Thompson, Founder of Creative HR Services.
I’ve worked in HR for over 25 years and I’m a Chartered Member of the CIPD. During that time I’ve supported organisations across many different industries, but small and growing businesses have always been my main focus.
I lead a small team of experienced HR professionals – Steph, Kate and Erica – and between us we bring over 80 years of HR experience.
We work closely with our clients and build long-term relationships. Many of the businesses we support don’t have an in-house HR team, so we become a trusted part of their business, helping them manage people issues and put the right HR systems in place as they grow.
Our Approach is Proactive, Not Reactive
Many businesses only look for HR support when something has already gone wrong.
By that point situations can be stressful, time-consuming and sometimes expensive.
