Creative HR Services provides practical HR support for small and growing businesses that don’t have an in-house HR team.

As an outsourced HR consultancy, we help business owners manage people issues, stay compliant with employment law, and put the right HR systems in place as their teams grow.

Our Team

Creative HR Services was founded by Jackie Thompson, a Chartered Member of the CIPD with over 25 years of HR experience.

Jackie leads a small team of experienced HR professionals: Steph, Kate and Erica and together we bring over 80 years of combined HR experience, supporting businesses across a wide range of industries.

We work closely with our clients and many of the businesses we support see us as an extension of their team rather than an external HR consultant.
